Visoryx ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Visoryx virtual fitting room Shopify app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

• Shop data: Your Shopify store domain, OAuth access token, and size charts you create are stored in our database to operate the app.
• Analytics events: Aggregated, anonymous usage events (e.g. "modal opened", "recommendation made") are stored at shop scope. No customer names, emails, or personally identifiable information (PII) are stored.
• Body measurements: All body measurements are processed on-device in your customer's browser and are never transmitted to our servers.

2. How We Use Data

We use shop data solely to provide the Visoryx service — syncing size charts to your Shopify storefront and displaying analytics in the app dashboard. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

3. Data Retention

Shop data and analytics are retained while the app is installed. When you uninstall, all data is deleted within 48 hours via Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks.

4. Third-Party Services

• Shopify: We access your store via the Shopify Admin API under your granted permissions.
• AWS: Our backend runs on AWS Lambda and stores data in a Neon PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS infrastructure.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@visoryx.com. Shopify merchant data deletion requests are handled automatically via GDPR webhooks.
